Confidentiality agreements

Every assistant and account manager signs a non-disclosure agreement before working with any client. On request, we also sign your own NDA.

Passwords and access

Share passwords through a password manager such as 1Password, Bitwarden or LastPass, never by email or chat. Give your assistant their own login wherever your software allows, so you can see who did what and remove access in one click.

Healthcare data

Medical virtual assistants complete HIPAA training. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your practice before any assistant can access protected health information.

Payment and financial data

Assistants never ask for or store full card numbers. Bookkeeping assistants work inside your accounting software with the permissions you set.

When work ends

When a package ends or an assistant is replaced, we confirm that access has been removed and that your files stay with you.
