Orders and payment

Prices are shown before you order. Work begins once your invoice is paid in full by card, PayPal or crypto.

Monthly packages

Monthly packages run month to month. We send the next invoice before each new month starts. Cancel, upgrade or downgrade any time before that invoice is paid. Prepaid terms of 3, 6 or 12 months are billed up front.

Hours

Package hours are logged in your account. Unused package hours roll over to the next month up to the limit of your package. Pay-as-you-go hours expire 90 days after payment.

Assistant replacement

If your assistant is not the right fit, tell your account manager and we match you with a different assistant at no extra cost.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first package, we refund the unused hours. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case based on the work already delivered.

Licensed work

Assistants do not provide legal, medical, tax or financial advice, and they do not perform work that requires a professional license. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business.
