How quickly can my assistant start?
Most clients are matched within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Add rush onboarding and we start within 24 hours.
What is the difference between the packages?
Packages differ by hours per month: Starter 20, Growth 40, Professional 80 and Full-Time Dedicated 160. Bigger packages get a lower hourly rate, faster response times and a trained backup assistant.
What happens to hours I don't use?
Unused package hours roll over to the next month, up to the limit of your package. Pay-as-you-go hours stay valid for 90 days.
Can I change or cancel my package?
Yes. Monthly packages renew month to month. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time before your next invoice. Prepaid terms are cheaper and can be upgraded at any time.
