Recordings over 3 hours need at least 3 days. Have meetings every week? A monthly assistant can manage your Otter.ai or Fireflies account and send out your notes as part of their regular work.

How much does transcription cost?
$1.00 per minute of recording with standard 7-day turnaround. A 60-minute recording costs $60. Faster turnaround costs more, the minimum order is $25, and you see your exact price before you pay.
How do I send my recording?
After you pay, open your order in your client dashboard, or use the link in your confirmation email, and upload your files there. You can also paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or other share link.
What files can I upload?
Audio such as MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC and FLAC, video such as MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV and WEBM, and existing transcripts as DOCX, TXT, PDF, SRT or VTT. Each file can be up to 2 GB. For anything bigger, send a share link.
What if I do not know the exact length?
Open the file on your phone or computer to see its length, and round up to the next minute. If you have several files, add the minutes together. If a recording runs longer than the minutes you ordered, we ask you before doing the extra work.
Can you correct a transcript from Otter.ai or Fireflies?
Yes. Send us the recording and the transcript. Your assistant checks one against the other, corrects the mistakes and labels the speakers. The price is the same, per minute of recording.
When does the turnaround start?
Once we have your payment and your recording. The turnaround you choose is counted from then.
Can you transcribe Spanish recordings?
Yes. Add a bilingual English and Spanish assistant on the order form for 10% more.
Are my recordings confidential?
Every assistant signs an NDA, your files are kept in private storage and only the people working on your order can open them. If a recording contains patient health information, message us before you send it so we can agree on how to handle it.
Are your transcripts certified?
No. They are accurate working documents, not certified transcripts, so they do not replace a court reporter or a certified legal or medical transcript.
